With all the heaviness our country has been experiencing lately it may not feel like a time to celebrate Independence Day. It may feel like a somber cloud has been cast over the word freedom. But while July 4th signifies the freedom of our country, it also celebrates the sovereignty of our souls- which can never be taken away!

True sovereignty and freedom means living in your truth. It's making the choice to be strong and sound, in body and mind. Being truly free is a deep sense of loving connection to the world, despite any chaos that may surround you. Stand in your power and know that you are the vast blue sky and everything else is the weather. Freedom is knowing that love is our core and that love conquers all.

Don't give your power away to the collective burdens by reacting. If you feel heavy from the world...know that you have the power to rise above it. You have a job to do, and that job is...to love.

Turn off the outside world and turn inward. We're here to help...
