Initial sessions include a comprehensive intake, East Asian medical assessment and evidence-informed integrative acupuncture treatment. Sessions are customized to you and may include deeper nervous system support, breathwork and coherence-based practices, energy healing, or bodywork (cupping, gua sha, Tui na or Shiatsu massage). You will leave with a deeper understanding of your patterns and a personalized care plan.

An evidence-informed integrative acupuncture session that is customized to you and may include acupuncture, acupressure, energy healing, breathwork and coherence practices, bodywork (cupping, gua sha, Tui na or Shiatsu massage), nervous system regulation, supplement guidance, Ayurvedic and western herbal education, and East Asian medicine nutrition guidance. Each session is designed to help you understand the deeper patterns your body may be holding, reconnect with your own healing intelligence, and support a steadier relationship between the mind, emotions, energy system, and the body.
