Jenn has always had a love for health and fitness which began her journey in studying physical therapy and anatomy. She has practiced and explored various holistic modalities around the the world, with yoga being her true love and focus. Deeply rooted in Bhakti Yoga philosophy and the eight-limbed path of Pantanjali, Jenn’s devotion to practice has led her to study at many Buddhist monasteries, ashrams and yogic institutes worldwide. Jenn sees practice as an offering to the Higher Self and an opportunity to move into the heart and the body to awaken, heal and transform. Whether it’s rising to the challenge or going gentle, Jenn’s classes always maintain an element of playfulness and self-surrender. She gratefully teaches Pilates, creative Hatha and Vinyasa flows, as well as eclectic forms of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Jenn has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training under the Sivananda Vedanta Center in 2014, her advanced 300-hour teacher training, and is currently studying towards her 800-hour Yoga Therapy Teacher diploma.
