Megan has been practicing yoga since 2017 but truly fell in love with it in 2021 realizing there is so much more to yoga than just the physical movement. As a 200RYT yoga teacher and certified breathwork and meditation facilitator, Megan brings her grounded energy, passion, and love into every experience. Megan uses these three modalities to help people form deep connections with their body, mind, and soul. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation have helped Megan heal past traumas, be released from the grip of depression, and find her true purpose in life - helping people heal and grow. When not teaching, you can find Megan taking care of her honeybees, gardening, reading a book, or spending time with her husband and their dog Hope.
