Polarity Therapy is a natural healing modality that seeks to balance the body's electromagnetic field. The practitioner applies both hands to the body in opposing locations and may include some rocking or pressure point touch to create harmonious flow of energy in the body. Will promote deep relaxation, improve mental clarity, emotional stability and an overall feeling of well-being.
Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on technique using light touch at the head and base of the spine to detect restrictions, relieve tension in the central nervous system and promote a feeling of well-being. Integrative Reflexology

The practitioner will spend 45 minutes moving working on both feet in order to stimulate the whole body in a balanced way. The next 45 minutes will be spent working on sections of the body that correlate to pressure points found on the feet, resulting in a calmer mind and balanced body, peaceful spirit.
Biofield Tuning

A unique form of energy medicine using sound waves from tuning forks to clear energy within the Biofield and body. Tuning forks create coherent vibrations that allow the body to retune itself.
