Functional Medicine: Initial Session
90 min. – $340
Uncover the 'why' behind your symptoms. This in-depth session is your starting point for real, sustainable healing. Together, we'll review your full health history through a functional medicine lens—connecting dots that may have been overlooked in conventional care. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of what's really going on in your body, what's likely contributing to your symptoms, and a personalized plan to begin your healing journey. This session blends science-backed root-cause investigation with compassionate coaching support to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered. This is the starting point for those who are tired of being told “everything looks normal"—when you know it's not.
Functional Medicine: Initial Session
45 min. – $240
Available to book after your first 90 minute Initial Session. These 45 minute sessions are available to review your progress, address challenges, and adjust your wellness plan based on how your body is responding.
Journey Packages
These are the highest level of support, for those who are ready for change and ready to do the work. Having the option of either three or six 60-minute Sessions, you will have unlimited private messaging between visits, and a dedicated spot on our calendar. You'll also have access to advanced functional testing as needed (labs priced separately). We'll move at your pace, tackle root causes, and create doable steps that lead to real change. If you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or dismissed by other providers—this is where real healing begins.
